How To Always Look Like You’ve Just Stepped Out Of A Salon

5. The Little Things You Do

Let’s face it, salon appointments are expensive. One way you can make sure that you don’t have to keep visiting one often is to take care of your hair so the treatment that you got during your last visit lasts as long as possible. We’ve already spoken about a couple of great tips to help you do that.

There are also other little things you can do to ensure that your locks stay luscious. For instance, make sure to use the right shampoo. If you have fine hair, you’ll want a clarifying shampoo, and naturally thick colored hair will need a color-safe one.

Another thing you can do is switch your pillowcases to satin, which would help prevent damage while you sleep. Make sure to cover your hair when going out in the hot sun, use heat protectants when using hot tools, etc. Little things like this do make a big difference.
